Assetto Corsa

Assetto Corsa, the acclaimed driving simulator from Kunos Simulazioni, will be finally launching on the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One this April. We still don’t have a concrete release date, but at least we know the month the game will be out. In Europe, at least, the launch of the game has been confirmed for April 22, so it is possible that the game will also launch in North America around that time.

We also learned today that the PS4 version will be 1080p, while the Xbox One version will run at 900p- fanboys, have at it. *sigh* At the very least, both versions will run at 60fps, and there is a possibility that the resolutions of the final releases differ, since the code has not yet been finalized.

The console releases will also have all the Dream Pack DLC included with the base release, and all future updates for the console versions will be synched with those for the PC version. So that’s some good news for, and incentive to invest in, the console versions.
