The Secret of Monkey Island reference in Asssassin’s Creed 4

Most of you are unaware of this, but there is actually a Monkey Island reference in Assassins Creed 4. Ubisoft decided to give a homage to one of the great classics by mixing it up in one of the missions. The  first assassination contract Edwards picks up in Nassau is for a pirate captain Mancomb Seepgood, a name which should be well-known to Monkey Island fans.  For those of you that remember your Monkey Island history, would remember that Seepgood is the first pirate you talk to.

Mancomb: “Guybrush Threepwood?” (Laughs) “That’s the stupidest name I’ve ever heard!”

Guybrush: “What’s your name?”

Mancomb: “My name is Mancomb Seepgood.”
