Noise – Grand Theft Auto 4 DLC: The Lost and Damned

In certain games you might have noticed a bit of blur and pixilation while moving around. These little bits of grain and blur are known as noise and is present in the likes of Grand Theft Auto IV and its DLC, “The Lost and Damned”.
