Battlefield 4 Eyeball Grime

This is another effect that I’m not sure why it’s present in video games. Developers lately have been placing this eyeball type grime while playing first-person shooters. It’s as if the corneas of your character eyes have been rubbed in dirt and quickly rinsed off. Now while you’re running about and trying to aim at your target, a line of muck or dust becomes visible. There are so many examples to choose from though one that is pretty apparent while playing is the Battlefield series.
