You’ll catch Tali and Garrus “in the act” in Mass Effect 3.
Tali and Garrus were some of the most beloved characters in Mass Effect right from day one, and it was only right that the two of them got together. If the player was not romantically involved with either of them, then you will find a very awesome scene right after the assault on the Illusive Man’s base. When you approach the main battery door, you will find Garrus and Tali holding each other. After some funny banter, they will confess to “something going on,” and Shepard states told them he/she was happy for them.
