This event is depended on your Mass Effect 2 save and your choice of giving Legion over to Cerberus for a hefty bounty. When Shepard and his squad reaches the Reaper Heart/Brain room they will come across a number of Cerberus Nemeses and a Geth named “Legion Assassin” that has the same manifestation as Legion, and like all Cerberus subjects, Legion tries to take down Shepard and his squad.
