The Music of Mass Effect 2 and 3
The music of Mass Effect was memorable, but it really shined in Mass Effect 2 and 3. The music was awe inspiring and it drew you more and closer into the world of Mass Effect. Jack Wall created the score for Mass Effect 2 which perfectly blends classic sci-fi with modern themed instruments. It’s very hard not to pull away from the music. If nothing at all, many players just go back into the game, just to hear the music. Mass Effect 3 soundtrack was created by Clint Mansell, who as you would recall in the feature Best Soundtracks in video games, created scores for Black Swan and other top tier movies.
