Batman: Arkham Knight

Confirming earlier rumours, Rocksteady Studios’ Batman: Arkham Knight has been delayed into 2015. This was revealed by marketing game manager Guy Perkins at a recent press event to The Escapist.

“We just want to make the best experience we possibly can and we need more time to do that. I think what we’ve shown so far is a super ambitious project and we just want to make sure we are giving Batman fans and gamers the best Batman experience that we can possibly deliver and that just takes time.

“I think we would be doing fans a disservice if we didn’t spend the time on the title. We just want it to be really great.”

Batman: Arkham Knight was supposed to release for Xbox One, PS4 and PC in October before the delay. Now, it seems to have received ye’ olde Watch Dogs treatment like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and The Order: 1885. What are your thoughts on the delay? Let us know below.
