A recent online retail listed Rocksteady Studios’ Batman: Arkham Knight for PC and specified that it would only be available as a digital release. This fuelled rumours that PC players the world over couldn’t purchase a physical copy of the open world action adventure.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has now confirmed that Batman: Arkham Knight will be a digital download on PC but only in the UK. In North America and the rest of Europe, it will be available as both a physical and digital release on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the closing chapter to Rocksteady’s superhero saga and will see the Dark Knight combat various villains like the Scarecrow, Penguin and Two-Face while also dealing with a new threat in the Arkham Knight. The game recently saw a short delay from its release on June 10th to June 23rd. Stay tuned for more information en route to the game.
