Batman Arkham Knight Season Pass

Batman: Arkham Knight’s Season Pass DLC will include a short prequel campaign focused on Batgirl, titled “A Matter of Family”. This will take place before the events of Arkham Knight and feature a new environment and missions.

Of course, many have been wondering who Batgirl would be. There have been several iconic characters who portrayed the heroine in DC Comics including Barbara Gordon, Cassandra Cain, Stephanie Brown and so on. So who’s behind the mask in Arkham Knight’s story?

Rocksteady co-founder Sefton Hill has confirmed on Twitter that Batgirl is Barbara Gordon which indicates that the story takes place before she is wheelchair-bound and becomes Oracle. It will be interesting to see if Rocksteady explores the incident in question which left Barbara paralyzed in The Killing Joke.

Batman: Arkham Knight will be out on June 23rd for Xbox One, PC and PS4. The Season Pass costs $40 and will deliver 6 months of content to players, including custom skins, Batmobile race tracks, additional characters and more.
