Battlefield 1

En route to its release for current gen platforms, EA has announced that Origin Access members can now pre-load the trial for Battlefield 1 on PC. The 10 hour trial is 40.39 GB and will go live on October 13th. The trial will also be available to EA Access members on Xbox One members as well.

The trial won’t offer everything for play though. You’ll only have two campaign missions and multiplayer will be restricted to five maps – St. Quentin Scar, Amiens, Sinai Desert, Fao Fortress and Suez – with Conquest, Rush, Operations and Domination available to play.

If you play the trial between October 13th and 20th, then you’ll be able to carry your progress forward into the full game. That’s if you decide to buy it, though EA/Origin Access offer 10 percent discounts on all EA digital content.

Battlefield 1 arrives for Xbox One, PS4 and PC on October 21st. Will you be taking part in the trial? Let us know below.
