Bethesda Promise That They Will Be Talking About The Evil Within DLC Soon

Maybe this is what their E3 conference will be about!

The Evil Within (8)

The Evil Within is a great game, but the game’s promised DLC, which we were told would be available in three separate episodes, has so far been conspicuous by its absence. That should all change soon, as Bethesda has promised on Twitter that it will be talking about the DLC for the game soon.

Of course, all of this impatience comes from the fact that we were supposed to be getting the first episode of the DLC in ‘early 2015,’ which is what it is now, and so far, we haven’t even seen the DLC much at all, let along gotten a release date for it. However, based on what Bethesda said, they may be getting ready to release at least the first episode very soon.

Personally, I am at least a little bit reassured after all of this, since now I know Bethesda actually worked on this DLC post launch, for a substantial amount of time, to create the content, instead of withholding it from the game at launch, and then releasing it piecemeal at a later date to extract more money from customers. In other words, they appear to have done it right. No complaints there, from me, then.
