Bethesda VP offers reward for any parents calling their child “dragon born”

The vice president of Bethesda has announced an unknown reward for parents willing to give their child a name related to their upcoming Elder Scrolls sequel, Skyrim.

If you have a child that is expected on Skyrim’s anticipated release date of November 11, you can obtain the mysterious reward by naming your child “Dovahkiin”. Dovahkiin translates to “dragon born” in the language used within Skyrim.

“Pete is throwing down with a casual quest, offering up an unknown reward to any couple adventurous enough to name their 11/11/11-born child ‘Dovahkiin,'” say Bethesda.

Whilst I’m certainly curious what this reward is I doubt I’d have the balls (or stupidity) to name a kid Dovahkiin. That better be one awesome reward for the poor child stuck with that name.

Thanks to CVG for the info.
