Bioware Reveals Mass Effect 2 ‘Introductory Module’ For The PS3

Posted By | On 02nd, Oct. 2010

For those Playstation 3 owners who want to play Mass Effect 2, but don’t know what the story and background is all about, Bioware are planning to introduce you guys into the world of Mass Effect.

BioWare founders Dr Ray Muzyka and Dr Greg have discussed with PSM3 about how they will introduce Mass Effect, they referred to a new “introductory module’ in which they will use.

“What we’re providing is an introductory module. We haven’t revealed the details of what that is yet, but it’s going to provide a lot of information on both the context and setting of Mass Effect” said Muzyka.

Dr Ray has said that this introductory module will let players enjoy Mass Effect 2 as a stand alone title.

“I think players are going to have a really good framing of the experience as a result, and they’re going to know what they’re heading into. Mass Effect 2 is a stand-alone experience, and this is just going to make it that much richer.”

When asked about what this introductory module is all about, Ray said, “That remains a mystery.”
