Developer The Game Kitchen and publisher Team17’s Blasphemous 2 is out now on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The launch of the game is being celebrated with the release of a new trailer, which you can check out below.
Blasphemous 2 picks up its story where its predecessor left off at the end of its Wounds of Eventide DLC, which involved The Heart in the Sky heralding the return of The Miracle. The game features a new setting, as well as its own enemies and bosses.
The game features The Penitent One returning once more as the protagonist of the game, finding himself in a strange new land as he is once again stuck in the endless cycle of life, death and resurrection.
Blasphemous 2 features a host of new enemies, as well as intricately designed new boss fights. The game also has new skills and abilities that can be learned and will have to be mastered by players if they hope to make any progress through its bleak yet strikingly designed world.
