BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle

Arc System Works had earlier released some information about their extensive DLC plans for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. They had revealed that in addition to the 20 initial characters, 20 more characters would later be released as part of DLC packs. The additional DLC characters was also set to include characters from RWBY.

Due to concerns expressed by fans over this decision, the developer has now revealed that both Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long from RWBY will be available at no additional cost. This means that half of the main characters from RWBY will be available for free. We now know that Blake Belladonna will be available on the first  day of release, but we’ll have to wait for more information regarding when Yang will be made available to play.

This brings the total number of the initial cast to 22, so we can expect at least another 18 characters to be released as part of DLC content. BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle will be out in Japan on May 31 and is set to release in North America on June 5 for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
