bloodstained ritual of the night

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was a great boon for fans of Castlevania. A spiritual successor from one of the key Producers of that series, it managed to bring that type of gameplay back wrapped in an aesthetic that people have been craving from a long time. Unfortunately, Switch players had it pretty rough as that version of the game had a lot of issues. Now, a new update is out that helps iron out some of the problems.

The 1.03 update is one of two planned major updates for the Switch port of Bloodstained. The update targets issues with lag, crashes and loading times which are said to be reduced up to 70%. Along with that comes more minor fixes like some tweaks to visuals and controls. You can read the full details at the game’s Kickstarter through here.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is available now and the 1.03 update is live on the Switch. The 1.04 patch will also release sometime in November as well and will target other problems areas.
