Tiny Tina’s Lazy Eye
Tiny Tina is one of the most iconic characters in Borderlands and incidentally, she was voiced by Ashly Burch, the sister of Borderlands 2 writer Anthony Burch. Though her insanity is one of her many lovable facets, her signature lazy eye happened by accident. It turned out to be a programming bug but since it suited her overall look so well, it was left in.
