The final Headhunter DLC, and the final overall content for Borderlands 2, namely Sir Hammerlock vs the Son of Crawmerax is available today for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC via Xbox Live, PSN and Steam. It retails for $2.99/£2.39/€2.99 in North America and will release for on April 16th in Europe for PS3.
The final DLC focuses on a new level and a brand new stash of loot to collect, along with the usual customizable heads. It offers the usual new side quests and missions, and we’re pretty sure you come face to face with Crawmerax at some point.
But you won’t be wanting for more Borderlands content any time soon, as 2K Australia is currently developing Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, which will be out later this year. It takes place on Epsis, the moon of Pandora, between the events of Borderlands 1 and 2. You’re on the side of Handsome Jack this time and there’s a ton of stuff to look forward to.
