Expansions and Raids
Like its predecessors, Borderlands 3 will have expansion packs that add new locations, missions and stories on top of the base game. Lead writers Danny Homan and Sam Winkler recently told DualShockers that each DLC campaign is “big” and “a lot of fun” yet differ each other. They’ll also “get a little more weird and a little more focused” with the objective being to go with “a different aesthetic, go with a different vibe, and play with how you do storytelling.” Raids are also making a comeback for end-game players but their number, how they’ll be distributed and so on remains to be seen.
