Gearbox Software’s Borderlands 3 will receive its first campaign DLC with Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, releasing on December 19th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It’s included with the Season Pass and will see Mad Moxxi heading to Handsome Jack’s casino to take it back. Naturally, you’re going along for the ride.
Following Jack’s death, the casino has been on lockdown but there are still plenty of horrors that await. Hyperion security, evil Claptraps and new bosses will all band together to stop you. Lots of loot and cash await including new Legendaries.
Though it’s accessible from when the Sanctuary 3 becomes available, all enemies and loot will scale to the player’s level. So you can keep revisiting the casino as you wish. Along with new Legendary weapons and gear, there are new weapon trinkets, emotes, Vault Hunter heads and skins and more to unlock. Check out the trailer for more details.
