Bound by Flame: New Screenshots Revealed

Fall into a burning ring of fire.

After the release of Mars War Logs, Spiders Studio is back again with the new Bound by Flame. Though also an action RPG, it benefits from a bigger budget and larger scope, as evidenced in the new screenshots revealed today.

Bound by Flame follows a hero possessed by a flame demon, as he struggles to either stay on the righteous path and gain heroic talents in the process, or succumb to the demon’s influence and utilize darker abilities to destroy enemies like shadow dragons, liches, the undead, etc. Like Fable, the player’s appearance will be altered the more he uses the demon’s powers.

Players will be able to customize their hero’s gender and physical attributes, besides choosing between 3 different skill trees for abilities and skills. These allow players to increase their potency in battle and magic.

Bound by Flame is due to release for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC by 2013 end.
