The origin of Bright Memory: Infinite is an interesting one. Originally there was Bright Memory, which is available now on PC and Xbox Series X/S, which was said to be made by only one person. Now a studio has taken the concept and fleshed it out more, and it certainly looks like something with potential. Today we also got a look at the game’s big bad, or one of them at least, in a new trailer.

The ‘Villain’ trailer introduces General Lin. He will serve as the arch enemy to game’s protagonist, Shelia. He is part of The Supernatural Science Research Organization (SRO) and will clash with our hero. The cinematic trailer isn’t much, but appears to be Lin investigating a site that the SRO is at, but he certainly does look like a sinister fellow.

Bright Memory: Infinite will release sometime in 2021 for Xbox Series X/S and PC with a PS5 release also planned without a specific time frame. The original Bright Memory is available now on Xbox Series X/S and PC with those on PC getting a free upgrade to Infinite when it releases.
