Broken Age may have landed developer Double Fine Productions into hot water when Tim Schaffer revealed that the team would need additional funding to finish the game (that too after garnering so much from the initial Kickstarter), but it seems development is progressing smoothly. The developer recently released a new video via Game Informer of the voice actors for Broken Age, and shows off Jack Black, who plays the lifter of clouds Harm’ny Lightbeard.
Black earlier worked with Double Fine Productions on Brutal Legend, when he voiced the protagonist Eddie Riggs. Needless to say, School of Rock actor is still in form. Check out the video above, and find out which other actors will be voice characters in the game.
As for Broken Age, it will be releasing in early 2014 and split into two parts, with the first part to feature on Steam Early Access (the revenue of which will be used to fund the second part).
