Destiny’s first major expansion The Dark Below is set to go live at midnight, December 9th and will bring with it a new Raid, new story missions, a new Strike and three new Crucible maps. It also marks a series of changes to Exotics and Legendary equipment.

But what about features like more vault space and a higher glimmer cap, especially since fans have been requesting these since the game’s launch? Community manager David “DeeJ” Dague spoke to IGN about the same and remarked that, “I want so badly for us to add more space to the Vault, because it is a constant, constant piece of feedback.

“People want to be collectors, and, if we need to expand the Vault in order to let people hold on to their things, then it’s something that we’re talking about.”

As of now, Bungie has added a higher Glimmer cap to the “things that we’re discussing” with no real date on when it would arrive. Regardless, with the sweeping changes that have been made to Destiny in the past 3 months, Bungie could bow to players’ wishes sooner rather than later.
