Bungie Presents Everything You Need to Know About the Destiny Beta

The light of the Traveller and whatnot. Kill stuff? We're on board.

The beta for Bungie’s Destiny is nearly upon us – at least those of us on PS3 and PS4 – and the developer has released a new video detailing everything you should know about the beta. Actually, it’s a set of general guidelines for those jumping in as you’ll have access to multiplayer, co-op and story play while building up your character. Check it out above.

The main focus of the video is Bungie’s efforts to gather feedback from players and see their reaction to all the content that’s being delivered. This was further emphasized recently when Bungie told players that they were lab rats and should effectively test the game and report issues as much as enjoy it. Seems fair enough.

PS3 and PS4 players will enter the beta tomorrow while Xbox One and Xbox 360 fans get their chance on July 23rd. The beta period will end on July 27th – let us know what you think of the game in the weeks to come.
