"Worth it."

We’re sure you’ve heard the recent news that with Call of Duty 2017, Sledgehammer Games are taking the series back to its roots– a World War 2 setting. Sure, it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, and till such time that it is, we can’t be certain that that will be the case, but it seems like the leaks and the reports are quite authentic, and for now, we’re all assuming that a World War II setting is a certainty for the upcoming Call of Duty.

Professional YouTuber Ali-A recently tweeted a “thank you” message directed at Sledgehammer Games for sending him an official merchandise jacket. In the tweet he also said he cannot wait to see what Sledgehammer Games do with this year’s Call of Duty title. Michael Condrey, the CEO and co-founder of Sledgehammer, was quick to respond, saying that there are plenty of surprises ahead for Call of Duty plans.

He offered to reveal some of them, before jokingly saying that if he did so, Sledgehammer Games would kill him, but then quipped that it “might be worth it” anyway. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more updates on all things Call of Duty.
