Starting Tuesday, June 9, Sledgehammer will be implementing a few changes to how loot works in last year’s Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The bulk of these changes will be via the two new rarities will be introduced, Legendary and Retired. Legendary Gear will have to be earned via Supply Drops and Advanced Supply Drops, and will be highlighted in purple when found. The first of these will be the Sentinel CI Gear Set, which will only be awarded to the first player to reach Grand Master Prestige.

Retired, on the other hand, will be exactly what its name implies- decommissioned items that were previously in circulation, but no longer are. You won’t lose them if you already have them, but you can’t find them dropped any more.

As with all Call of Duty updates, this one will be coming to Xbox 360 and Xbox One first too. PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC are anticipated to get it later. Stay tuned.
