Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will have a ton of different modes and options available in multiplayer when it releases. We’ve seen the supply drops, the loot, the customization of classes, the different maps and plenty of action from the game. The studio has recently revealed a new mode as well – Momentum – which you can check out here courtesy of IGN.

Momentum apparently takes cues from World at War’s “War” mode. There are five hardpoints but they’re all arranged in a straight line. You capture one point at a time, pushing further and further back into the enemy’s base until claiming victory. It functions much like a single flag to capture, except you have both teams contesting for one hardpoint at a time. It’s pretty intense and makes for some interesting tug-of-war matches.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be out on Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on November 4th.
