Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 may be releasing soon (with the beta kicking off for PS4 already) but Sledgehammer Games continues to support Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with new updates. The next major update will see three weapons added to the multiplayer on August 25th. These include the M16, AK47 and CEL-3 Cauterizer. The last one is interesting because till now, it was limited to the Exo Zombies campaign.

Along with these new weapons, there will also be the final Royal Variants for MP11, SN6, AE4 and other weapons. Players can unlock the new weapons by earning one variant of the same in Supply Drops or Advanced Supply Drops. Fans will also be happy to hear that the final Royal Variants set will see their effective range increased. Head to Sledgehammer’s blog for more information on the same.

The multiplayer update will be available on Xbox One next week with the PS4 and PC receiving the same later. Thoughts on the new weapons? Let us know in the comments.
