Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

A new update arrived for Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on the Xbox 360 which sought to improve connectivity and content management to purchases for the in-game store. The developer has more in store for the previous generation of consoles though – like bringing Daily Challenges to the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Daily Challenges were provided as an update to the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of the game. They provided random tasks for players to complete and awarded Supply Drops, XP bonuses and other assorted rewards for the same. These had been thought to only remain on current gen platforms but no more.

Sledgehammer has promised that an update is in the works for Xbox 360 and PS3 to receive Daily Challenges but it hasn’t indicated when it will be released. What are your thoughts on Daily Challenges hitting the previous generation? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
