Five Hours And We’re Out
As Call of Duty goes, campaign missions are usually tossed to the back burner. But when done right there are actually some really intriguing ideas to be found. Activision, however, knows that campaign is second after multiplayer. That’s why they’ve been short changing gamers lately. Campaigns have gotten down to just over five hours (CoD Ghosts), and for the past few years they’ve not even reached 10 hours. This is not good practice for game design. Toss in a good campaign. One that should reach at least 15 hours with awesome elements and locations. Maybe campaign is second to multiplayer, but that doesn’t mean that’s true for everyone.
