Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 players will be getting double-double XP this weekend for all of the game’s multiplayer modes, as well as in Zombies. Be mindful, though, double-double XP doesn’t mean four times the XP. It means, rather, that you get twice the XP towards leveling up your weapons, and twice to level up your player character level.
The event starts on Friday, February 12, at 10am PT, and goes on through February 15 at 10am PT, so you have plenty of time to get in on the fun and action. The event has been advertised for the PS4, but it’s not unreasonable to assume that at least the Xbox One and PC will be included too- PS3 and Xbox 360 players, on the other hand, are probably left out in the cold.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. It is the third game in Treyarch’s Black Ops subseries for Call of Duty. A pared back version of the game was also made available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
