Call of Duty Black Ops 3

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been waiting for a new update to fix some problems since launch and that long awaited update has now officially gone live. The update comes after a patch that was recently released for the PC version specifically. That particular update was more than 520 MB and this new update which goes out to the Xbox One and PS4 versions is said to be more than 600 MB.

The size of the patch can always be a bit intimidating but it certainly looks like there was a good reason for that kind of size. The official patch notes are posted on the Activision website and there are a ton of different aspects of the game getting a tweak in this update. When it comes to the general gameplay in Black Ops 3, things such as leaderboards enabled in the Barracks, and a a UI error in Fileshare when selecting an empty tab have been fixed and updated.

All of the specialist classes have also gotten a bit of a change, while the actual update is too large to lay out completely examples such as the patch fixing an issue with the unlock requirements for the 9th helmet and the rejack ability recharge speed has been slightly increased. In addition to this, the Reaper Scythe has had its ammo reduced from 200 to 160. This kind of balancing has been done across the board with all the specialists. You can check out the official website for the entire list of changes Activision has made to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
