Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Beta Scorestreaks Revealed

Remote controlled cars, AI controlled soldiers, and more.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 beta is going to go live soon, and Treyarch have begun to reveal a few details for it as its launch date draws closer. More specifically, they’ve detailed a few of the brand new scorestreaks that are going to be introduced in the game, via a short video posted on the game’s official Twitter account.

Among them, Strike Team seems perhaps the most interesting- it summons two AI controlled soldiers for the player. Apparently, these soldiers will attempt to clear out enemy players in a particular area of the map, which will be selected by the player. Another new scorestreak summons a four-legged combat robot, which can be either controller remotely, or left to its own devices. The video also shows two other scorestreaks- RC-XD (a remote controlled mini-car) and Hellstorm Missile (airstrike). You can take a look below.

PS4 players will be getting access to the beta on August 3, while PC and Xbox One players will gain access a week later. Blackout, the game’s battle royale mode, will not be included in the August beta, since a separate beta will be launching for it in September. Players will also receive rewards in the full game if they max out their rank in the beta. Read more on that here.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launches on October 12 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
