Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War - Zombies

Last year’s Call of Duty was as successful as ever, and also saw the return of two things: the Black Ops subseries of the long running franchise and the Zombies mode. Zombies was originally a bonus unlockable mode that began in World at War, but has since grown and even gotten its own narrative as time has gone on. It’s now time for the next saga in that with Firebase Z.

They have been teasing the next Zombies map for awhile, and today they released a trailer, which you can see below. Firebase Z will apparently take you to the jungles of Vietnam. You see flashes of gameplay, and what looks to be some rather large new enemies for you to tackle. There is also some story beats for those who follow that aspect of Zombies as well.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now across most major platforms. Firebase Z will launch as a free update to everyone as part of Season One on February 4th.
