There are three things you can count on each and every year, it seems: death, taxes and a new Call of Duty title hitting shelves. 2020 was Black Ops Cold War and with it also saw the return of the popular Zombies mode that saw a break in 2019’s Modern Warfare. You can also try it free of charge for a week.
As announced on the official website, a free trial period for Zombies is set for later this week. You will be able to play modes Die Maschine, Cranked and those on PlayStation platforms can also try out Onslaught. Your progress will also carry over if you decide to buy the full game afterward.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now on most major platforms. The Zombies free access will go live across all those platforms starting January 14th and will run all the way up to the 21st.
