Interested in Call of Duty: Ghosts’ multiplayer but afraid to take the plunge? For this weekend, starting on February 21st till 1 PM PST on February 23rd, the multiplayer component will be free for all PC users to enjoy through Steam.

If that weren’t enough, all players – new and old – across all platforms will experience a Double XP weekend from today till February 24th. You’ll be able to earn double the experience for regular multiplayer and even in Squads mode. Finally, for those who enjoyed the free multiplayer and want more, Infinity Ward will be reducing Call of Duty: Ghosts’ price by 50 percent till Monday, 10 AM PST.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. We’re sure there’s a Wii U version out there too but we doubt Double XP Weekend applies to said users. Stay tuned for more Call of Duty-related updates in the coming weeks.
