The multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare went live for PlayStation 4 pre-orders on October 14th and thanks to overwhelming demand, Activision has decided to extend it further. The beta was slated to end on October 17th and will now end on October 18th, 10 AM PST. Lucky you.
Not only that but there have been new things to do including a new map (Precinct) and the Kill Confirmed mode to try out as of Saturday. Gun Game has also recently been added as an additional mode.
In a recent blog post, Activision noted that, “With our beta, we not only want to give you a sneak peek of what you’ll see in the final game, but we also want to put our servers and systems to the test so we’re ready for day 1. We’ve already collected a ton of data and gathered lots of insights to help us make your full multiplayer experience the best it can be on November 4. We’re getting great feedback from you guys and we want to keep it coming.”
The beta saw a slight delay in going live on Friday and saw “massive numbers” from players on the second day. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is out on November 4th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
