While Capcom is largely comprised of just a handful of IPs nowadays, there was a period where the company was one of the kings of the arcade scene. Whether that be fighting games, shooters, or beat’em ups, if you were in the arcades in the ’90s, odd are you put some quarters into at least one of their machines. And it seems like it’s possible we could be due a trip down memory lane.

A new trademark appeared from the company for something called “Capcom Arcade Stadium.” You can see it here. There’s obviously not a lot here, but it seems like some type of arcade game collection, something similar to the Beat’em Bundle from last year. We know Capcom is looking to release multiple big titles by March 31st of next year, so this could be one of them.

As always with trademarks, keep in mind that companies trademark and renew trademarks all the time that never amounts to anything. Let’s hope this isn’t one of those cases, though, and we’ll get to revisit some classic arcade goodness soon.
