Capcom employees in Japan are in for some good news, as the company has announced that starting April 1st, which is the beginning of the 2022-23 fiscal year, the average base salaries of the company’s employees in Japan will be increasing by 30%, along with a new bonus system being introduced that will be tied to the company’s business performance.
Capcom announced its plans for improving staff compensation alongside the news of reorganizing the company’s human resources division. A new structure designed to facilitate communication between management employees is also being put in place, and will be headed by a chief HR officer, a newly established role at the company.
