Remember that listing on Play-Asia for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Collection? Remember how it listed Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD as being included? Prior to the starting of Gamescom, Konami has announced that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD is for real and will be releasing for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 31st. Just in time for Halloween.
Mirror of Fate is the Nintendo 3DS game which served as an interlude between the two Lords of Shadow games. It returned to the typical side-scrolling perspective popularized in games like Symphony of the Night, Circle of the Moon, Dawn of Sorrow and more. Whether Konami will only be updating the graphics or adding new content as well remains to be seen.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD will be available on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network when it releases this October. Stay tuned for more news on the arrival of the Lords of Shadow Collection as Gamescom is underway.
