2024 has seen no shortage of massive RPG releases, but for those looking for a relatively breezier adventure in the genre, Cat Quest 3 is looking like a game worth keeping an eye on. Announced earlier this year, developer The Gentlebros and publisher Kepler Interactive brought another new trailer of the game at the recent PC Gaming Show.
The trailer is a brief one, but does offer plenty of intriguing glimpses of the game, showcasing its combat, naval gameplay, world map exploration, and more, while also touching on some of the game’s RPG mechanics and build diversity. For fans of its two predecessors, it certainly seems to be building on their foundations with some promising changes and improvements. Check out the trailer below for more details.
Meanwhile, a demo of the game will also be releasing for PC tomorrow, on June 10, as part of the Steam Next Fest. Those on Switch have, of course, had access to the demo since April.
Cat Quest 3 launches on August 8 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
