Cheat Engine Lets You Access A ‘Proper Tactical Viewpoint’ In Dragon Age: Inquisition

The return of isometric Dragon Age.

Dragon Age Inquisition

Dragon Age: Inquisition was, in many ways, a return to what made the original Dragon Age: Origins so good, which in turn channeled classic CRPGs from around the turn of the millennium. Among the many ways Origins did this was via a tactical viewpoint for the PC version of the game- something that returns in Inquisition, but is, by common consensus, considered to be pretty much a crapshoot.

Thankfully, if you want something resembling more of a tactical viewpoint, a member of Cheat Engine has gone ahead and released a mod– via Cheat Engine- that lets you do just that. It’s basically the tactical viewpoint you always wanted in Inquisition, so feel free to go ahead and use it, though do remember, don’t use it in multiplayer- it’s technically using Cheat Engine, and that might get you in trouble.
