Watch Dogs, as this new CGI commercial for the game reminds us, is one of this year’s most anticipated titles. Ahead of its launch coming up in a couple of weeks, this new made for TV ad tries to pump us up.
The ad generally does a good job of setting the premise up- we see some nice CGI footage, we see what the game is going to be like (although never through direct in game footage), and we also have a very convenient voice over pretty much spelling out exactly what Watch Dogs is and about.
Watch Dogs is the long delayed persistently connected next generation open world action adventure game by Ubisoft Montreal, headed by the same team that brings us the Assassin’s Creed games. It is due on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC later this month, with a Wii U release due for sometime later this year.
