Ubisoft’s Child of Light, the gorgeous fairy tale like rhyming RPG that they built using the UbiArt engine, is available now on the Nintendo Switch, and Ubisoft have put out a beautiful, dreamy launch trailer for it, showing it off in all of its splendour.
Child of Light originally came out in 2014, and was extremely well received; it’s also the kind of game that lends itself extremely well to the Switch’s pick up and play style of portable play, so I can see it getting a second lease of life on Nintendo’s hybrid as well. If you haven’t played the game already, or if you want to play it again, the Switch version might be the best way to go about it right now.
Ubisoft has also previously confirmed that Valiant Heart, another UbiArt game, this one based in the First World War, will also be coming to the Switch at some point in the future.
