Paradox Interactive has announced that the Marvellous Monorails expansion for Cities in Motion 2, which adds monorails as a mode of transit to your city, is now available for $9.99. Also, Cities in Motion 2 franchise is now available for Linux users

For $9.99, you’ll pick up five monorail vehicles and be able to decorate your city with them in interesting ways. For example, elevated rails allow them to run above your planned out city with nary a problem. Though best for circular layouts, they’re far more affordable than metro lines. You will need to make a choice between big and slow cars or speedy and expensive carriages though so manage wisely.

Cities in Motion 2 is either way an interesting game that challenges you to manage the transit network of a city by handling buses, trains, ferries, subways and much more. Players will need to create tracks and routes and manage factors such as their budget and population concerns. For more information, here here.
