Following the footsteps of EA, Konami, and very recently, Ubisoft, Namco Bandai have trademarked the name ‘City of Football,’ indicating that they might be branching out into the soccer sim genre soon, to go along with their other upcoming releases- an all new Tales game and Tekken X Street Fighter.
Superannuation suggests that this might be an open-world game, though we think it’s going to be a Street Football game, much like EA Big’s FIFA Street series and Ubi’s horrendous first foray into the genre, Pure Football.
