Code Vein

Code Vein is almost here, and the action RPG is coming out with its unique style. The game gave us quite the dose of that today, as well, with a ton of screenshots and concept art that highlight why the game is managing to keep its head above the pack.

Publisher and developer Bandai Namco released a lot of new material from the game via press release today. If you thought it couldn’t get anymore anime-styled, well that challenge was accepted with some of the concept art. We also get to see a lot of in-game footage, a mixture of things we’ve seen and not seen, showcasing the game’s weapons and AI partner that’s crucial to its gameplay loop.

The company also confirmed that the game would be playable at the Tokyo Game Show next month. The conference is close to game’s release date, and you’ll get to see four different AI companions and all the different weapon types demoed. We’ll be sure to keep our eyes out for when it hits.

Code Vein releases on September 27th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Tokyo Game Show will run from September 12th to the 15th.
