Bandai Namco has steadily been revealing more and more information about their upcoming Dark Souls- inspired title, Code Vein. Now they’ve released a new batch of screenshots which showcase a new character called Mido, some different weapons, and the companion characters Louis and Mia.

Mido is apparently an extremely powerful character who just wants more and more power. He is known to have experimented on orphans and then sent them out to the battlefield. He certainly sounds like a dark character and we’ll have to wait and see what his role in the story will be. Apart from the new character, some screenshots of Mia and Louis using various attacks are also present. Additionally, there are a number of screenshots of weapons such as the Broadsword, Zweihander, Stinger, Hounds Blood Veil, Warped blade, Sunset sword, and Nagimukuro.

You can check out all of the screenshots below. Code Vein is set to release for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One sometime this year.
